2000 Adopt-A-Natural Resource a 5 year memorandum of agreement between the DEC and ELPOI to allow ELPOI members to assist with the regulation of Eagle Lakes water level by installation of, and removal of, spillway boards at the dam located at the western end of Eagle Lake. It also provides permission to remove debris from beavers from the spillway, disturbance of other impediments is by a separate permit.
